Attorney Schellart H. Joyce
Schelly Joyce, a native of Franklin, Pennsylvania, graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1991 with a B.S. in Health Policy and Administration. After working in the health services field, Schelly pursued a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and graduated in 1995. She began her career as an associate with Dickey, McCamey and Chilcote in Pittsburgh, in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse litigation and medical malpractice defense litigation. After moving back to Northwestern, PA, she became general counsel for Salvage Direct, Inc. In 2011, she began to focus her practice solely in the area of Elder Law.
